Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.-----DIFFERENT SIZE: With being an online retail store, Boutique Ivy's products often sell out very quickly. If you need a different size, please go ahead and place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item and send the incorrect size back for a refund, just make a note on your packing slip with the new order number.DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Once you have received your product, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective product, you must contact us within 3 days at mncoursey@gmail.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the product for a longer period of time.BASIC RETURN: You have 14 days (2 weeks) from the day you received your order to exchange or receive store credit. The product must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. The tags must still be attached and shoes must be in the original packaging (if any). If you are needing to return any item please email us at mncoursey@gmail.com with your name, order date and order number and we will email back to you within 48 hours with instructions on how to complete your return. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days from the date the original tracking says the package was delivered. If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged or beyond 14 days from the order date, they will be sent back to you without exception.To return your product, you should mail your product to: 14409 Wax rd. Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808 Within 3 business days of receiving your return we will email you with your store credit information. Then you can get your shopping on again! If you had contacted us about exchanging an item we will send you the tracking number for your new shipment and will quickly get your new items sent out to you!** Please note that Boutique Ivy is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost while in transit to our boutique! We suggest paying for shipping insurance/tracking and packaging your items appropriately so they arrive to us undamaged! Any shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party **You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.LOST PACKAGES: If you have tracked your package and it says it has been delivered but you have yet to receive it, check the address on the tracking information and make sure it is correct. If the address is correct you can go ahead and call USPS customer service as we are only responsible for the item until the post office receives it. After we drop off your package it is in their hands and they are responsible for the delivery of your package.
